This is a pretty good app. The only real critique i have is that the tempo or rhythm seems to be a bit slow when following along. If you like higher intensity you can always skip through the 45 second rests. Lots of cool exercises and routines in here, well worth the 1.99$
App is completely frozen on the register screen. I cant even type in my email if I wanted to. Too bad. I was looking forward to this app.
Very useful and helpful. The animations of the exercises are excellent and the voiceovers and timers for the workouts are perfect. Pleasantly surprised.
All of the workouts are set up for one arm. There are no warm ups. Hope theres an update soon.
I like it. Warm up before starting it using Arm exercises with kb at desk in my office will have better looking arms soon :)
